Delivery & Return
Shipping costs are free worldwide for orders over €300. For orders under €300, a flat rate contribution of €50 will be charged to your order.
Deliveries are handled by DHL.
On average, we deliver to you within 5 working days.
Outside Europe, sales prices are advertised without taxes. Taxes may be applied by the destination country, please check with your customs office.

Return policy
All returns must be reported to our customer service department customer@lordsfools.com and returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
All items must be returned in the original packaging with the label intact, and in the same condition as received.
All returns must be sent to the following address
Lords & Fools, 97 rue du Turenne, 75003 Paris.
Returned items must also be accompanied by the purchase invoice and delivery confirmation.
If you choose a courier service other than UPS, please remember that Lords&Fools is not responsible for any theft or loss during transport. We strongly recommend that you choose a traceable shipping service.
Once your return has been accepted, we will issue a refund within 30 business days.
We do not cover the shipping costs of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All return conditions also apply to exchanges.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email customer@lordsfools.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the same value in return. Once the item is returned and received at our warehouse under the conditions mentioned in the return policy, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
